- Knowledge of Melbourne Suburbs and Western Victoria
- Knowledge of Vic Roads and NHVR rules
- Strong Administration and Computer Skills
- Be fluent in MS Office suite programs – Word, Excel & Outlook
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Great phone manners & ability to communicate
- Be able to think on your feet and make decisions autonomously
